Im about to turn 18 and I weight around 40kg/88lbs, Height is 175cm/5.7ft please help me so that i don't look like a skeleton anymore, thanks xo

Also drink a lot of water if you take creatine and I prefer taking it with raw milk(unpasteurized). PS: Eat a lot of food(majorly healthy). And I'm 5'6 or 5'7

>>562 You can actually get a chest like that w/ just push ups, just make sure your hands & arms are spread wide so you don't work your arms by mistake. You have to do quite a bit to get like that though, and remember to rest for at least a day or 2 after working out so your muscles can grow.

If you are skinny fat you shouldn't bulk rather you should first recomp/cut down to low body fat and then bulk. When you bulk from a skinny state, the fat you gain from bulking and lifting gets distributed throughout the body. I am solid proof of this. I have went from 52 to 62 in the last 7 months yet my obliques and abs are still visible under good lighting although I have started getting love handles kek. Will bulk till December and try to reach 65 kgs and then cut for a while.
